By downloading, installing, or using the MaxPlay application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. License to Use
MaxPlay grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
3. User Responsibilities
- Content: You are solely responsible for any content (including video files, audio files, and IPTV playlists) that you access, stream, or download using MaxPlay.
- Copyright: You agree not to use MaxPlay to infringe upon any intellectual property rights. MaxPlay does not host, provide, or endorse any copyrighted material. The App is a neutral tool for playing media.
- IPTV Playlists: MaxPlay is a media player and does NOT provide any IPTV channels or streams out of the box. Users must provide their own content via M3U playlists.
4. Limitation of Liability
MaxPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruptions, delays, or imperfections. In no event shall MaxPlay or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
5. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
